How to publish your articles

This guide will take you through publishing articles.

Configuration

We will assume you have already connected your website using one of our integrations:

• Connecting to WordPress

• Connecting to Webflow

Publishing articles

There are two ways to publish articles:

• One at a time

• In bulk

Publishing one article at a time

Each article can be published individually, just open the action context menu for any given article and click the "Publish to CMS" option.

There you will be able to select a connection to publish to and the status of the article once published (draft, staged or live).

Publishing articles in bulk

First, select every article that you wish to publish using the selectors on the left hand side of the table.

Then open the action coxtent menu in the table header and click the "Publish to CMS" option.

There you will be able to select a connection to publish to and the status of the articles once published (draft, staged or live).
